Chris Hadfield's Space Oddity

Chris Hadfield is returning to Earth shortly, but in the meantime, he has posted a video of Bowie's Space Oddity:

It's pretty great. Simply doing Space Oddity in Space with the space station and Earth in the background really helps it resonate.

I'm sure Chris Hadfield has many accomplishments and viral videos seem like they're less important than some of those, but, to be honest, it is hard to make space exploration accessible and cool, and Hadfield's presence on the Space Station has been fantastic in that regard, and this latest video is another great example of that.

If it takes music videos to get people excited about space, then I'm all for music videos in space, and I'm happy to have a Canadian make that happen.
